Last week, the leadership teams of our Group companies gathered in Le Mans, France, for the Lindéngruppen Leadership Summit 2026. This year the Summit was hosted in collaboration with Colart.
The annual Summit provides a space for reflection, dialogue and exchange across the Group’s businesses. This year’s theme, Leading holistic value creation, focused on how leaders influence the systems, contexts and behaviours that shape long-term value creation.
Across Lindéngruppen, the Group’s companies are progressing towards their respective 2030 ambitions. The shared commitment to developing businesses that prosper while contributing positively to society and the environment provides a strong foundation. Conversations this year focused on leadership, culture, decision-making and the importance of creating systems that support long-term value creation.
The Summit included a visit to Colart’s factory in Le Mans, where the Colart team gave participants inspiring insight into the craftsmanship, creativity and innovation that characterise the business.
