For this year’s annual Leadership Summit all management teams in the Group gathered in Liverpool, UK. The theme was “A world of polarities – managing complexities and challenging belief systems”.
The discussion focused on how to develop organisations and cultures in a polarised world, and how to handle the connected complexities. How do we continue to learn and keep open minds in this environment.
The Summit included a visit to the Beckers FutureLab that gave insights into how Beckers leads the way in sustainable coatings. Liverpool and the generous hospitality of the Beckers team provided an excellent environment for a fruitful and rewarding conference.
