As of August 4, 2025, Elina Gildebrand Franzkeit has joined Lindéngruppen and assumed the new role as Head of Strategy. She is part of the management team and reports to the CEO. Elina comes from a role as a Management Consultant and Commercial Lead at Implement Consulting Group, bringing important strategic expertise to Lindéngruppen.
Elina will lead strategy development more broadly, including specific topics such as market intelligence and AI. She will strengthen the board work with analytics and follow-up on priorities related to transformation- and value creation topics.

Elina holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Psychology from Lund University and a Master of Science in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management from LTH Faculty of Engineering. Elina has worked with strategy development and improvement projects in sales, growth and expansion, supply chain management, and operations management.
